The 2023 FEMP Reunion
The FEMP Alumni Community traditionally organizes a Reunion each year on the first weekend in September.
In 2022 approximately 100 Alumni from all over Europe and even worldwide gathed to meet fellow students from their cohorts, new people and industry partners in Delft.
The Reunion changes locations annually, in the past we´ve been in Aachen, Delft, Bristol, Sopron and Helsinki.
This year, 2023, reunion will take place from Thursday the 31st of August until Saturday the 2nd of September. This year's reunion will be held in Helsinki, where it was last held in 2012. Therefore, we would like to invite you all to attend this special event.
The Reunion will focus on the social interaction between the industry, the alumni of FEMP and current students. There will be several good possibilities for the industry to meet up with students and alumni. It will also be a great opportunity for alumni and students to get in touch with each other again and enjoy some time together. A rough outline of the current schedule:
Thursday 31st of August:
Welcome Drinks
Friday 1st of September:
Official event hosted at Aalto University (Including general presentations, industry presentations, master’s thesis award, etc.)
Saturday 2nd of September:
Cultural day : This day we will do some cultural bonding events, this year the team have put together an exciting boat trip to Estonia for the day, departing Helsinki at 10.30am we will travel by ferry to Estonia where you will be free to explore, returning at 7.30pm. Should be a fun day and a great opportunity to network with fellow alumni and FEMP partners.
The current fees to attend the event will be as follows:
Day Student Fee Alumni Fee Including
Friday €25,- €35,- Drinks, lunch and dinner
Saturday €25,- €35,- Cultural event, drinks and dinner

The registration deadline is 1st of August 2023. Applications made afterwards cannot be assured to be approved, and will have an additional administration fee of €20,-.
