FEMP sees collaboration with industry as vital to its success. Working together we can help meet the growing need for skilled staff and also tailor the programme to meet the long term needs of the industry and students alike.
We are certainly proud of our long standing relationships with our partners, who very generously host company and site visits and offer internships and work placements for the EMC students.
We can see that this relationship continues after graduation with many of our 800+ graduates joining our industry partners and building their careers with them. It is clear that both our partners and students benefit from FEMP.
More than 35 partner companies, who are involved directly or indirectly in the mining and mineral business, sponsor the students participating in the FEMP programmes.
